Life can provide events or circumstances that may prove to be overwhelming in the everyday lives of individuals and their families often leading to anxiety and/or depression. Many of these circumstances are based in wounded relationships between husbands and wives and parents and children. Additionally, one or more persons in these relationships may be experiencing intrapersonal difficulties, including anxiety and depression, or situational stressors like work or school. In a world filled with both challenge and opportunity, counseling can be a logical choice. Allow me to help you take the next step.
My preferred method of practice incorporates the use of cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and solution-focused therapies. However, therapy is individualized and tailored to the uniqueness of each person. I am dedicated to helping my clients build inner strength and courage and move toward better mental health.

My experience encompasses working with individuals and families, adults, adolescents and children. My clinical areas of interests include depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, family violence, and women’s issues.
